Fidely includes a 7-day free trial followed by a 49 DT monthly subscription activated after manual payment verification. Access ends when the trial or paid period expires.

Merchant responsibilities

Merchants must protect credentials, verify rewards, and use customer data and messaging only with valid permission and according to law and platform rules.

Service limitations

Converty, Evolution and WhatsApp may be unavailable or change their interfaces. Fidely does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party delivery.

Termination

Fidely may suspend abusive or unlawful accounts. Merchants may export and delete their data from Settings.
