Only message customers who provided valid WhatsApp consent. Do not use purchased lists, deceptive promotions, prohibited goods, harassment or excessive repeated messages. Honor opt-outs immediately.

Evolution and WhatsApp Web disclosure

The WHATSAPP-BAILEYS Evolution connection uses WhatsApp Web automation and is not the official Meta Cloud API. WhatsApp may restrict or ban accounts using unauthorized automation. Merchants accept this operational risk. Fidely recommends the official Meta WhatsApp Cloud API for high-volume or business-critical messaging.

Enforcement

Fidely may pause campaigns or deactivate accounts where consent evidence is missing, complaints are high, or platform rules are violated.
